I was able to choose the options I wanted without sales pressure and with upfront pricing. Speaking of pricing, it was very competitive. I wound up getting three quotes and chose to go with Zen. Communications was excellent while waiting for the windows to be manufactured. I was also in the process of getting a new roof and siding. The owner (Dennis Riley) reached out to me to coordinate scheduling. Installation exceeded my expectations and was complete in one day. By the time they left, you could not even tell they had been here. The quality of the windows is outstanding. I expect things will be a little quieter and I may even save a few bucks on utility bills. Best of all, the entire process was stress free. Absolutely no pressure tactics here. I think I appreciate that more than the windows! From the office, ownership, to installers - everyone is kind, helpful and easy to reach. That makes a difference. Eddie, our installer, has 30 years of experience and he took time to show us the ins and outs of the windows and answer any questions we had. Great experience, I've never had to get windows, and after the March 14th storm - hail damage, I needed the one side of my house done, 3 windows. I had so many questions, but Dennis and Andrew helped greatly. Kevin who came to measure and then install was absolutely the best, friendly and professional.
